While Stacy's professional roots were not in plumbing, she brought signature passion and dedication to the role of the company's President. She has successfully managed Oregon Custom Plumbing, embracing the challenge of this journey.

RMI - Responsible Managing Individual,

Further supporting the company is Stacy's husband Peter Chapin. As the company's RMI and a master plumber, Peter brings 45 years of experience in the field. He plays a crucial role at Oregon Custom Plumbing, working closely with our contractors, estimating jobs and ordering material, all on top of overseeing and working in the field with our technicians and contractors.

Colby Quillian

Lead Journeyman

Colby is our Lead Journeyman, performing a number of complex installations, repairs, and maintenance. He also oversees any additional day-to-day direction and supervision of other plumbers or apprentices, all while continuing to work hands-on at any project.
